Recap: Sunday Football - Winnetka - 10/22/17

Team White:

Team White
Touchdowns:
1. Scotty - crossing route to cooper, through his hands, tipped to Scotty.
2. Darius (when Aaron got hurt). Caught a ball on the west sideline, juke a defender and outran everyone to the north endzone.
3. Steve - on a curl play from left slot (going south). Play for Aaron to delay his deep cross/post route to the right. Completely uncovered. Steve turned upfield, and faked a pitch. Somehow Kile missed the tag and Steve ran all the way to the endzone.
4. Aaron - tipped ball on crossing route. Brian missed the INT, and Aaron caught the deflection and ran in for the TD
5. Jimmy - fourth and goal from midfield. Jimmy caught the ball about the five yardline. Both Brian, Darius and Kile were nearby, but neither of them tagged Jimmy after he caught it, and he backed into the endzone.
6. Aaron - slant/cross route from left slot, over to right endzone with Jimmy and Cooper running curl routes to occupy the front  zone.
7. Aaron - pick six

INT:
1. Frank - east sideline, Dark going north. out pattern to H, but ball hung in the air long enough for me to get there and drag feet before going out of bounds.
2. Aaron- cut in front of a short patter near west sideline (dark going north). Cut into middle then down west sideline

Team Dark:
1. Darius - Aaron undercut the ball, missed and Darius ran free to the endzone.
2. Kile - Aaron undercut the ball, missed and Kile ran free to the endzone.

INT:
Darius - on deep cross for Aaron, ball was thrown flat-footed and with no power. easy INT for darius.

Team White:

Team Dark:
Mike, H, Kile, Omar, Pat, Brian

Team White:
Touchdowns
1. Alan - Falcon play?
2. Tony - deep cross from left to right
3. Cooper - slant from right to left in the red zone, south endzone
4. Jimmy - moving with me to the left, in south red zone/endzone.

Team Dark:
1. Kile - sideline play, misplayed by Cooper/Tony? Kile ran in the last yards for TD.
2. H - on delay out play, knowing I was playing Kile on the switch, Kile intentionally waited for the ball to reach Mike before running his route. Tony was in man coverage on Kile, I was in man coverage on H. By the time I made a move on the out route, it was too late. Ball was in the right spot.
3. H - cross from right to left, cooper in coverage, perfect throw
4. Kile - Tony undercut the ball, but the ball hung. Kile able to make the catch up high and run to the endzone.
5. Kile - same as before? or on deep ball?

1. Brian - falcon play from center, going to north endzone, all the way in the far right corner
2. Aaron - deep cross from right to left to south endzone, cooper in coverage, sliding catch by aaron
3. Kile - on short crosser from left to right, caught it in the right seem and ran untouched to the endzone

INT:
1. Aaron on tipped ball in the endzone
2. Aaron, on ball intended for H, but thrown late, Aaron able to break on it and make a play
3. Kile, jumped in front of a pass short (near midfield)

Team Dark:

1. Steve - corner ball north endzone
2. Steve, tipped ball front right corner of south endzone

INT:
1. Danny - on bad pass to Aaron (running an out and up). zone coverage, easy pick for danny
2. Danny - on post corner from red zone, didn't throw the ball hard enough to Aaron. Ball hung in the air from the wind. Danny recovered to undercut the throw.

1. Brian, first play from scrimmage, from left slot, on an over route to the right, behind Cooper (as safety), and Mike as corner. 70yd td!
2. Brian - falcon route to the left corner?
3. Pat, on falcon route to the right slot
4. Pat - pick six
5. Brian, from center, against Chris in man coverage, on a deep drag to the left corner. Both Brian and Chris got caught up in some traffic, but on the other side of the traffic, window was open for perfect pass against Chris' great coverage.
6. Jonah, on corner route, Chris was left to choose between Jonah or Brian
7. Davey, on a medium length check down, made a move on Brian K, and took it about 15-20 yards to the endzone

INT:
1. Pat, trips left of QB, cooper solo to the right against zone coverage. Cooper ran a skinny post, Alan an out route under the post that Pat read perfectly and waltzed into the endzone for the score
2. Davey - in zone coverage, bad pass to the QB's left, right into coverage.
3. Jimmy - on last play of the game

Dark TD:
1. Chris, on the play where Jonah had to choose between Chris or Sagar and Mike made a good throw to chris
2. H, on corner route to back left of endzone
3. Sagar
4. Chris, against Jonah in man coverage, a spectacular over the outside shoulder catch from 50 yards out

INT:
1. Chris, on a 3rd and 30, underthrown ball to Jonah? on the sideline.

#3: Brian - on "Falcon" play from center. Sam to the post, Kile to the goalline, Alan to the flat.

#4: Kile, slant from outside left, cut up the right seam for a long TD.

1: Frank - pick six. late/bad throw to chris in the left seam/slot. Jumped the route from the back left safety spot

Dark:

1. Chris, against man coverage, I just missed the ball going left to right (QB's perspective)

2. Scotty, on a catch short of the goal line, and ran into the endzone with the ball extended.

3. Stephen, against Dave in man coverage, sold the route to the left, the hit the right flat uncovered.

INT:

1. Stephen, playing coverage in the flat, dropped back to intercept pass intended for Brian on the 15 yd out route in "Levels"
